the location proved very central. i found numerous affordable shops and restaurants nearby. the staff assisted with our luggage during check-in. they also cleaned our room each day.

during my stay, some elevators experienced malfunctions, resulting in significant delays. there were times i waited around 15 minutes to board an elevator. it either arrived full or took a long time to stop on our floor.

the staff exhibited friendliness and politeness, they consistently offered assistance. the baggage and transport counter, manned by jazz and andrew, provided helpful service. the check-in process was quick and efficient.
